|Important Information about Utility Bills
For Utility Bills with balances prior to June 30, 2019 (Q4 FY2019 and earlier)
You may review your account and make a payment on past due balances using the ePortal, currently only working in Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org). Per existing City policies, Demand Bills will be issued in November 2019 for any unpaid balances. If payment has not been received by December 31, 2019, the balances will be moved onto the property tax bill, removing the balance from your Utility Service account.
For Utility Bills with balances after June 30,2019
Starting with the Quarter One FY2020 (July 2019) utility bills, issued in October 2019, you may review your account and pay on your bill in Citizen Self Service, the same portal used to pay Real Estate and Personal Properties bills.
