Contacting the Help Desk:
City Employees - which include all departments except Police, Fire, and the Schools - have the City’s Information Services Department at their disposal for any issue related to their computer, phone, mobile device, or any other technology managed by the Information Services Department.

The Information Services Department is the the first point of contact for the Fire Department. The Information Services Department also provides support for email accounts to the Police Department.

All Shellfish Areas Closed to Harvesting
Per the Shellfish Constable, all shellfish areas are closed to harvesting due to red tide. For updates please call the 24-hour shellfish message line, 978-325-5245, for information on shellfish area closures.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CITY'S PAYT TRASH BAGS
Our trash bag vendor, Waste Zero stands by their bags. When defective bags are found, please call Waste Zero's Customer Service line at 1-800-866-3954 and they will be more than happy to mail out replacement bags directly to you.
