This depends on many factors. There are several shoals in the river, so the draft of your vessel needs to be considered to time the transit with high tide or be close to it. Another critical consideration is the horsepower of your engine. When the tide is ebbing, it can reach up to 6-7 knots of current in the Blynman Canal.
