Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Testing

Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, the City of Gloucester seeks proposals, RFP #23135, for Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Testing services from a qualified contractor to implement the receiving water, biological and toxic control monitoring as mandated in the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit. Proposals are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than June 21, 2023 at 11:00 am. Proposal packages will be available by emailing or at the Purchasing Office beginning May 31, 2023.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
