Magnolia Pier Improvements Project

Pursuant to MGL Chap. 30, sec 39M the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for the Magnolia Pier Improvements Project. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than 11:00 a.m. on June 7, 2023. Bid packages will be available at the Purchasing Office beginning May 24, 2023 by emailing . There will be a pre-bid meeting on May 31, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Magnolia Pier Site, Shore Road, Gloucester, MA 01930. Prevailing wages apply. Bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of total bid.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment & Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City.  The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
