The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #23136, Fixed Vendor Location - for Hawkers, Peddlers & Transient Licenses for one (1) available site within the City. The following location is subject to license award: Site (Sec.11-5 c) Solomon Jacobs Landing Floats located at 19 Harbor Loop solely for the operation of a water taxi/shuttle.  Minimum bid price has been established at two hundred ($200.00) dollars, with no maximum, as set by the City Council. Bid documents may be obtained beginning May 19, 2023, at the Purchasing Dept., City Hall, 9 Dale Ave, Gloucester, MA or email: .  Bids will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, on June 6, 2023 at 11:00 am.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.   The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
