Exterior Repainting at Beeman & Plum Cove Schools

The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids from qualified bidders, Bid #23129, for Exterior Repainting at Beeman & Plum Cove Schools. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. General DCAMM Certified Contractors are sought for the following category: "Painting”. Bids are due and will be opened at the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than May 4, 2023 at 11:00 am. Bid packages will be available by emailing: on April 12, 2023. There will be a pre-bid meeting on April 19, 2023, 8:00 AM at Plum Cove School, 15 Hickory Street, Gloucester, MA and will continue to Beeman School, 138 Cherry Street Gloucester, MA  at 9:00 AM. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
