Effective on July 1, 2012 there will be a ban on the disposal of sharps in household trash. Fortunately in Gloucester, there is a sharps disposal kiosk in the Fisher Entrance of Addison Gilbert Hospital. Sharps must be in a puncture resistant plastic container.
