All citizens requests will now be handled through the Citizens' Request Tracker.
All departments are now using a new feature of our website called the Citizens' Request Tracker to handle electronic requests from citizens. The new system has many improvements including:
- the ability to track requests more effectively
- the ability to attach pictures or documents as part of the record of your request- the ability to group multiple requests for the same problem together to make handling them easier
- tools to make sure your requests are not overlooked if particular staff are out of the office
The new system increases access by adding the ability to submit requests via Facebook or directly from your iPhone. We hope this will improve your experience dealing with the City, and will help us be more responsive to your needs.
