Munis Self Service Portal Upgrade

We have heard your requests for a better customer experience when paying your real estate, utility, and personal property tax bills online via our Munis Self Service portal, and are prepared to roll out an updated version of our payment platform for the citizens of Gloucester beginning on May 16, 2022!

For existing users:

  • There will be a maintenance window during which the platform will be unavailable from 5/13/22 beginning at 12:30PM and ending 5/16/22 at 8:00AM.  No payments will be able to be made during this window.

  • After the platform is updated, all users will need to re-register with the same email address used when you originally signed up.  If you are unsure of which email address you used, please login to the existing website as soon as possible to take note of this information using the guide linked here.

  • Once the new platform is active on 5/16/22, we will distribute a guide to registering on the new platform to ensure the smoothest transition possible.

We would encourage any new users to wait until 5/16/22 to register on the new platform so that you do not have to register twice in a short period of time.
