Residents can purchase 2023 resident beach stickers by completing the application online starting April 7, 2023.
Residents can purchase their beach parking sticker in person starting Monday, May 22nd at 8:30AM at the Children's Library at Sawyer Free Library (2 Dale Avenue).
For in-person sales, you must bring your registration and must pay by check. Checks should be made out to the City of Gloucester.

Once you enter your information and vehicle information on the laptop, you will bring your documents to be verified by staff and then pay. Staff will be available for technical support if someone should need some help.
Paper applications will not be accepted via the mail or in person, and all applications must be completed through the online platform.
Below are the hours for in-person sales:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30AM - 3:30PM
- Friday: 8:30AM - 12:30PM
Reminder, we will use fixed license plate reader cameras at the gates to verify the beach sticker and associated license plate. So your resident beach parking sticker will not have your license plate written on it.
