Responsibilities
The Personnel Office for the City of Gloucester is responsible for:
- Administration of all workers compensation or Section 111F claims
- Benefits
- Employee recruitment
- Fostering a climate for positive labor / management relations
- Job classification
- Maintaining records
The Personnel Department also maintains and develops a variety of employee support programs to improve efficiency and the cost-effective management of City services.
