Planning for the City is an ongoing process where economic development, environmental protection, and preservation of the City's heritage and neighborhood identity have to be balanced through citizen involvement and guidance. The Planning Director and staff work closely with the Planning Board, and City officials, and boards and commissions to facilitate the planning process.
