Lease of a Space for a Temporary School
The City of Gloucester seeks sealed proposals for Lease of space for a Temporary School. The City is seeking a 28 month lease with a 1 one-year option on a property to operate a school. Minimum space requirements are contained in the RFP. Proposals are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Dec. 15, 2020 at 11:00 am. Proposal packages will be available at the Purchasing Office by email: beginning November 12, 2020. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept, that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
