- For any after hours emergency situations concerning the Gloucester Department of Public Works, please contact the Gloucester Police Department at (978) 283-1212.
- If your emergency is related to a STEP sewer system or City-maintained grinder sewer system, please call (800) 499-9070.
- If your trash or recycling was missed, call JRM Hauling & Recycling at (800) 323-4285.
